The combine yield monitoring system is a cost-effective way to determine the variance of moisture and yields within your fields. It allows you to see the yield variation on the GreenStar display without saving data to a PC-Card.
By verifying which areas of the field brought you high yields and which didn’t, you may be able to begin treating your fields differently to maximise inputs and overall yields. Or, conversely, reduce inputs to better match the yield potential of marginal ground.
The yield monitoring system can easily be upgraded to a yield mapping system whenever you’re ready.

Mass Flow Sensor
An impact plate catches the flow of grain from the top of the clean grain elevator. The mass of the crop is calculated instantly and converted to yield. The design of the sensor provides a high degree of reliability and accuracy. To aid the accuracy of the mass flow sensor, Auto-Zeroing software is used. |

Moisture Sensor
The moisture sensor is located on the side of the clean-grain elevator. It continuously samples the grain for moisture content and temperature. Then, the accuracy of the system allows precise conversion of the yield into dry tons. |

GreenStar Printer
The printer is offered as an option. You can instantly print a hard copy of information on fields, varieties and crop totals, to hand out to your customers or to keep for your own records. |
