Experience longer maintenance intervals and increased wear life with the heavy-duty blower bottom. By means of a welding process, a 3-mm Chrome Carbide Layer (CCL) is welded to a 5-mm metal sheet, creating a wear coating that lasts five to ten times longer than the standard blower bottom. The chrome carbide layer provides a hardness in excess of 600HV.
