DTAC: "Dealer Technical Assistance Center" is an Intranet system available to our distributors to ensure we can keep them fully up to date on product changes, solutions, repair information etc.

By searching a database using Key words, they can check on the latest repair information and you can be confident that when a repair is made it will be made with the very latest information and knowledge available direct from the manufacturing factory.

DTAC is provided to the distributors via the Intranet along with all other systems such as JDPoint for parts availability checking and ordering, this means it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Therefore whenever you need help it is available at the touch of a keyboard.
