John Deere StoreAdjacent to the John Deere Pavilion, the John Deere Store is a one-of-a-kind specialty retail shop with a variety of unique John Deere merchandise. Historic Homes & GardensThe Deere-Wiman House and the Butterworth Home are two majestic mansions built in the late 1800s by Charles Deere, son of John Deere. Both homes and their beautiful gardens are located within walking distance of each other, and guided tours are available. Deere & Company World HeadquartersThe Deere & Company World Headquarters is home to the corporate offices, and includes a display floor where current and historical John Deere products are showcased. Located on 1,400 acres of beautifully kept land, the grounds are home to a variety of wildlife including several white tail deer, ducks, geese, and swans. TPC at Deere RunThe Tournament Players Club at Deere Run is home of the annual PGA John Deere Classic. Designed by PGA tour member and three-time Classic Champion D.A. Weibring, together with PGA Tour Design Services, Inc., the course was built to comply with the stringent environmental requirements of Audubon International's Cooperative Sanctuary Program. |
